What Our Warranty Covers
Manufacturing Defects: Issues like stitching faults, edge paint flaws, or handle and strap breakage.
Hardware Malfunctions: Defects or breakage in locks, hooks, or other metal fittings.
If your bag requires service due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair it at no additional cost.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Scratches, plating wear, or damage caused by improper use. Normal signs of leather ageing such as:
Shape softening over time
Colour transfer or marks from dyed fabrics (e.g., dark denim)
Accidental damage or misuse beyond normal wear and tear.
Repair Timelines
Warranty repairs typically take 2–3 weeks to complete. We will keep you informed at every stage of the process.
Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs to send the bag to Veloria Vault.
Veloria Vault Responsibility: Return shipping of your repaired item.
Repairs Outside Warranty
Need a repair not covered under warranty? We’ll still take care of it. Charges will be shared on a case-by-case basis before work begins.
