Eligibility
You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and returned with all original packaging, tags, and dust bags intact.
Purchases made during limited promotions (Buy 2 Get 1, Flash Sales, or Final Sales) are only eligible for return or exchange if the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include images or a short video so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Pickup & Processing
Veloria Vault arranges pickup and delivery for all approved returns or exchanges.
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days from the day your item passes quality inspection.
Return transit to our warehouse usually takes 4–6 business days, with quality checks completed within 48 hours of receipt.
Refund or exchange confirmation will be shared by email.
